I'm a Lowcountry transplant, originally from the Heart of Dixie, Mobile, Ala. A USAF veteran (not-a-retiree). Been here since 1985, first in Ladson, now in MC. Retired from a little place called Santee Cooper, just before COVID was a thing.

Passed my Technician test in Feb. of 1999 at the Charleston Hamfest. Struggled with the code but managed to pass General a couple years later and decided 'why stop there' and actually passed the Extra exam too. 

Well, we all know that 'Life happens'. Work took more focus and ham radio got less. Fast forward to now, retired, single, and looking to relocate from my HOA location. Where? TBD.
