June 2025 Activities wrap up

June was a busy month for the AARG.  The 2nd Saturday get together was successful with about 10 members immediately followed by a POTA event at Huger Recreational Area.  The next Saturday was ARRL Kids day where we set up in Moncks Corner Recreation Park.  Unfortunately we needed to do a quick tear down and departure due to a thunderstorm.  And finally ARRL Field Day, we had 11 participants at Huger Recreational Area.  It started with a final planning session and Breakfast at Bojangles.  Then on to the park where we operated 5 transceivers and logged in excess of 140 QSOs.  Our points tally was over 1500 and we are currently awaiting ARRL to post all results.
